Female-Only Self-Protection Courses Starting October 9th 2019

Make 2019 the year you learn to protect yourself — 3 part Course

  • Learn from club Blackbelts as what to expect on the street
  • Understand protection awareness and help you to avoid physical confrontations
  • Learn a series of techniques for deterring an attacker
  • Get the chance to practise defensive combinations to boost your confidence

The courses are suitable for age 14+. The emphasis is on self-protection by helping individuals to practise moves and techniques to protect them from a would-be attacker.

Each course will be presented by male and female black belt instructors.

WED 7.30 PM—9.00 PM

Course Price: £20 (for all 3 sessions)

No sessions 16th or 18th January 2017

Our dojo, Hurst Village Hall, will be unavailable next week (16/01/2017 – 20/01/2017) as it is being used for the pantomime.

Therefore no training for either juniors or seniors will take place on Monday 16th or Wednesday 18th January.

We will be back to normal on Monday 23rd January 2017.

  • Understand protection awareness and help you to avoid physical confrontations
  • Learn a series of techniques for deterring an attacker
  • Get the chance to practise defensive combinations to boost your confidence

The courses  are suitable for ages 14—65. The emphasis is on self-protection by helping individuals to practise moves and techniques to protect them from a would-be attacker.

Each course will be presented by male and female black belt instructors.

Dan grading

Congratulations to everyone that took part in the grading on Sunday. Hard work but it was pleasing to see everyone had put in so much to make the day such a success.

To those that passed, well done. To those who were deferred, you know what needs to be done and no doubt you will rise to the challenge.
